How to Get Into Rehab: Our 4-Step Admissions Process
Step 1: Reach Out or Walk In
Walk in during assessment hours, call (937) 889-2725, or fill out our contact form. You can also verify your insurance online ahead of time.
Step 2: Complete Your Assessment
A member of our clinical team will meet with you for a comprehensive drug and alcohol assessment. We’ll talk about your substance use, mental health, medical history, family history, past trauma, and life circumstances, and lab work may be part of the process. It’s confidential and judgment-free. Wondering what to expect? Read What Happens at a Drug and Alcohol Assessment.
Step 3: Get Your Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your assessment, we’ll recommend the right level of care, such as our Intensive Outpatient Program, Non-Intensive Outpatient Program, dual diagnosis treatment, or MAT. We’ll also help with recovery housing if you need it.
Step 4: Begin Treatment
Many clients begin treatment within days of their assessment. We’ll help you choose a morning or evening group schedule that fits your life.

Before You Come In: Safety First
If you’ve been drinking heavily every day, or using benzodiazepines, stopping suddenly can cause dangerous withdrawal. Call us before you stop. We’ll help you plan safely, including a referral to medical detox if needed.
In an emergency, call 911. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988.
Helping a Loved One Get Into Treatment
If you’re reaching out for someone else, we can talk you through the process and what to expect. Adult clients need to agree to treatment and complete their own assessment. For youth services, a parent or guardian must provide consent and schedule the appointment.
